• The Executive Lounge Project at King Abdulaziz International Airport – Jeddah
• Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Project for the development of security headquarters (Phase One – 305 buildings across various regions of the Kingdom)
• The Turkish Consulate Development Project – Jeddah

His portfolio also includes royal and luxury residential palaces, airport projects, hospitals, factories, and major corporate headquarters.
